बेलायती सरकारलाई ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाइने
गोरखा भूतपूर्व सैनिक संघ (गेसो) ले मिति २०६९, चैत्र २७ गते तदनुसार ९ अप्रिल २०१३ मा बेलायती सरकार समक्ष ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाउने भएको छ । गोरखा सैनिकका १८ वर्ष माथिका सन्तानहरुको पक्षमा हालै बेलायती कोर्ट अफ अपील मास्टर अफ रोलसले गरेको फैसलालाई सम्मान गर्दै चाँडो भन्दा चाडो नीति तर्जुमा गर्नुपर्ने, गोरखालीहरुले प्राप्त गर्दै आइ रहेको कानुनी सहायता बन्द गर्न नपाइने, र आवेदन दिँदा भिसा शुल्कबापत तिर्नु पर्ने चर्काे शुल्क खारेज हुनु पर्ने माग सहितको ज्ञापन पत्र बेलायती समय दिउँसो १:०० बजे देखि २ः०० बजे बेलायतको प्रधानमन्त्रीको कार्यालयमा गेसोले बुझाउने भएको छ । सोही दिन नेपालस्थित बेलायती राजदूतावासमा पनि सो ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाउने कार्यक्रम रहेकोले नेपाल र बेलायतमा रहनुभएका सम्पूर्ण न्यायप्रेमी जनसमुदय समक्ष उक्त कार्यक्रममा सहभागि भइदिनु हुन हार्दिक आह्वान समेत गर्दछौं ।
REASON FOR PETITION
1. To persuade the UK Government to allow the adult dependant children of retired British Army Gurkhas to settle in the UK with their fathers, in light of the Court of Appeal judgment of 21st January 2013, which recognised a historic injustice towards Gurkhas and their adult children,
2. to force the UK Government to rethink its policy not to grant Legal Aid for Gurkhas or their families, in immigration cases, as a result of changes that will come into force in the Legal Aid system on 1st April 2013 and
3. to ask the UK Government to waive all visa (entry clearance) and leave to remain UK Border Agency application fees for retired Gurkhas and their family members, as these can cost a Gurkha couple approximately £2,000 if they want to exercise their right to reside in the UK.

All British army family have changed their life just becasue of Mr. Padam Gurung who had once dreamed of right of all equialities all human being.
